As we planned Garnet Ridge Preserve, we wanted to leave its beauty as untouched as possible. You can see that’s especially true within our neighborhoods. Our roads, accessed solely by travel through the Nantahala National Forest, follow nature’s pre-determined routes alongside flowing streams and occasional waterfalls. To further avoid disturbing nature’s beauty, all utilities are located underground within our gated community.

To ensure the natural beauty you see on your first visit endures, the Garnet Ridge Preserve Property Owners Association has been established. It serves to oversee and review all architectural and design standards, thereby protecting the lifestyle you’ve chosen to immerse yourself in.
